Nope. My profile is same as yours. Schooling in UAE. 6 years in india. Resident in Kuwait since the last 2 years.

Travel history is not a problem if you have all the supporting documents - old & new passports etc.

PCC of Kuwait is not required unless you stay there for more than six months after the age of 18.

Yes....if possible the cancelled visa page of the countries you visited.
