CAQ was issued few days before I travel to Abu Dhabi.
They mentioned that the employment status is un proved despite I had mentioned in the form that I'm not working for the last 2 years. And I need to make this study to be able to return back to the job market. As I originally an old graduate and shifted my carrer for many years

how many days they took for caq ??
 
Just a general POV : Even though Quebec is easier to get in for visa purposes, still CIC rejects visa's on basis of career progression e.g : You have higher qualification but are moving to Quebec to gain a lower qualification i.e cegep, vocational, dec etc. Until unless you have very strong reason to justify in your SOP chances are of visa refusal.
