i applied for csq in vienna in january 2011 and so far i haven't heard from them
they haven't even charged my credit card yet...
i sent them 2 emails asking what's going on and i just wanted to know if they received my application but their email was always the same that the processing times are longer now and i need to wait and also each email requesting info can slow the processing of the application (not worried about that tho coz they haven't even started yet)

I have question for some of you who apply for Quebec in BIQ Vienne.I am waiting almost 19 months without any answer from Vienna.Last January they take money from my account for process and until that day NOTHING....is that normal?I know that they moved in Montreal,but I saw few people who apply after me and they finished interviews,get CSQ and go to next step, federal process!What's going on?!What do you propose to do?I sent them a mail about a month ago but have informed me that they do not send e-mails and we will be informed about everything.That is ok,but....19 months?
