Hey Kiran, Im unable to link my application to CIC. I am trying with Family Name and Date of birth option as i donot have UCI or Application number.

Help me with the Procedure to do this.

Vivek , you dont fill ur country name n one below that ..leave it blank...than you will be able to link it. I did that n linked it successfully

My Agent applied paper based at VFS, is this now converted to an online application ?

No ; its ur wish if u want to link or not. Only advantage of linking is that we get step by step updates of our file.
