I did, they said its ok. but when there are some people here saying you have to have it, some saying you don't need it. I am all confused now lol. I applied on oct 28 got visa on November 3. where u applied?

So far I didn't get any email, today morning passport has been dispatched from Chandigarh. What about you. ?
