my husband is the primary applicant for the FSW last 2005 and up to now no positive results yet. the visa office sent my husband to just returned our application fee or to just continue for the application, my husband decided to just continue and wait for the application, my question is I am already here in Canada in Alberta, would it be possible to just transfer the application or convert the application to just a provincial application like AINP?
