Sa CAIPs ngayon GCMS - Global Case Management Assessment makkita detail of refusal. I dont think having TRV is the reason of rejection of SP. Meron tga UAE SP applicant got approved. It is only my opinion that your intent to stay permanently should be silent in SOP. It should not express in writting. Prang wala pa ako nabasa o nag mention mga SP applicant of their intention to stay permanently. Nasa Immigration laws nman nila naman iyun PGWP, or after graduation you can apply PR. Kindly note that SP permit is temporary. So all applicant must convince the VO that you have to return to your home country. Ang alam ko you can have one CA visa at the same time apply another category of Visa. Since you apply EE. Im note sure but others cancel current visa application before applying SP. Mkkta iyun sa CIC acct mo that you are applying 2 category of visa. Hope sa next move mas ok. Better consult din mas experience dito or sa professional consultant. Hi All, my Study Permit was approved yesterday. Submitted my application June 13, got approved July 16, 2018, paperbased, regular stream.

Once natapos kana sa medical and wala namang nabanggit na issues, assuming pumasa ka, mga ilang days pa bago ma approve yung SP application? Nag submit ako ng sp online around end of May and yung medical nalang ang inaantay.
Also pag irequest na yung passport mo for visa stamping, mga ilang days pa estimated bago mabalik sayo yung passport mo with the visa?

Wow Congrats! Pwede malaman kung saang visa office po kayo nagsubmit ng application? Saka around what time nyo po nareceive ang approval email?

MITT, Hospitality Management kaso nagpa defer ako sa next available intake kasi I need 2 months notice bago makapag resign sa work. Problem is wala pang schedule ng next intake. Hopefully sa winter
marketing- sales and corporate account, progress campus. so far ok nman, i just did medical yesterday sa IOM, makati.
i submitted my document last june 29, july 10 they sent me request for medical and yesterday, july 16, i done my medical.
Goodluck!mine I applied June 13.last July 7 my application was link to my account.Then July 14,my agent sent me updates like my medical was cleared,reviewing for eligibility and waiting for the final decision..Hope for the best.
