Anyone applied a Student Permit from Philippines?

Ive been seeing Indian student applicants getting visas in less than a month the past weeks. I wonder why in Manila it takes a while. My friend and I passed our application through VFs first week of August and huhu we are still waiting. We are dying here huhu. Kaloka ka nerbyos maghintay.

Hello po ulit. Ask ko lang po sana kasi you mentioned na CEC program nyo then na PR na kayo within 2 years, I would just like to ask kung pwede na po ba mag apply under cec kahit di pa natatapos studies?

You need 1yr skilled Canadian work experience for CEC. You need to finish your study so that you can apply for PGWP. 1 year skilled Canadian work experience in PGWP = CEC

India have a special stream. Philippines also has that its called SDS (study Direct stream). Which is 1 month processing.

Kelangan po may ATLEAST 1 year canadian skilled work experience na po kayo before you can apply po. The one year canadian skilled work experience will be recognized if you have an owp or pgwp po. All part time skilled jobs done while under a student status will not count.

Edit: but being a student will not stop you from creating and submitting an express entry profile po. May classmate po ako FSW naman siya and almost sabay kami nabigyan ng ITA noon. Nauna lang ako na approved and yung kanya is hindi pa masyado umuusad. Mas mabilis po kasi usually ang CEC. Keep in mind though that the profile you will create will only last for a year yata.

So ang nangyari po sa amin is start study ng sept 2015, gawa ng profile ng Jan 2017, nainvite to apply same month, submit ng April 2017 tapos approved ng August 2017 (a few days short of 2 years nung naglanding si spouse and baby). So mga 4 months po processing since you submit the application (AOR).

Marami po. May group for thouse applying pa lang and may groups for those who have visas or are studying in Canada na. Yung group na may student visa na or nasa canada na po, d nila tinatanggap yung mag apply pa lang ng visa kasi all the wealth of knowledge is here na po

Regarding po ba sa FSW, pwede po ba magresubmit ng profile after 1 year? Or once lang po pwede magsubmit? Thank you po

Opo pwede po. Back read nalang po kayo para maintindihan ninyo nangyari sa akin. Masyado po mahaba and baka ma bore na ang mga readers pag inulit ko ulit Bottom line is make sure you can provide proof to any points that you claimed for. Otherwise pwede pa kayo makasuhan ng misrepresentation and ma ban kayo. Read around and you will na madami ang na reject or worse, na ban po.
