the latter. got my loa on Aug 22. completed the needed funds and paid the minimum tuition narin. on the stage of gathering docs na ako. i went to vfs kahapon and asked if they can forward my application to Manila. Sabi it will take 1month. kaya i opt for online.

Sadly its hard to counter this red flag. All you can do is strengthen the other part of SOP so that they will see you as a genuine student.

(begging). i have like 5pages SOP na. still in the process of reviewing and editing every time may sumagi sa isip ko na pwede nilang itanong. i tried studying after college but demand sa work kaya di natapos. i have email to back-up din yung pag-inquire ko dito ng college.

Online = convenient
Paper base = People in VFS will check your application for completeness. Note that they have no idea about the immigration law they only know if your application is complete or not.

Hello po!

Si PGWP po will work anywhere naman po basta hindi sex related industry.

Tapos after 1 year, or 1,650 hours within 12 months, IN A SKILLED job or NOC recognized job, pwede na po apply under CEC.

Target nyo po CEC kasi si PNP po is may extra cost pa, mga around 1.5k pa po yata na additional and extra months of processing pa.

With or without PR, pwede naman po kayo lumipat lipat although nakatali pa kayo sa school habang nag aaral pa.

For now, concentrate po muna kayo in getting good grades and internships para may laman agad resume ninyo before pa kayo mag graduate. For example, bago po ako mag graduate ng May, January pa lang may internships na po ako kaya kinabukasan ng last day of exams, meron na po ako trabaho (biz dev supervisor) tapos patuloy pa din ako apply and after 1 month nakahanap na po ako better role and then 3 months after, nakaland na po ako sa dream job ko. Malakas lang po loob ko lumipat lipat kasi may PR na kami otherwise matatakot ako umalis sa first job ko. Pero kung 3 years ang PGWP, mas less ang stress and may opportunity mamili ng trabaho. You guys might might be luckier than I am, so who knows. Basta sipag and tiis lang po.

dito ako sa abroad ngayun. possible naman daw to forward but it will take long. kasi i read from this forum na mas malaki yung chance pag sa country of citizenship.

Miss you na tlaga kapatid! Just to update here, got a job sa school mismo and so thakful kasi ang time nun after school rin!

Coming out of hibernation just to say wow, you're still having a go at Kapatid? Dude, get over it already.

Has anybody else encountered delays requesting for CAIPS notes? I applied for mine first week of August and until now, I haven't gotten an update yet. But to end on a pleasant note, I hope the new students are adjusting well to their new environment!
