I already have my study permit.. I was thinking.. is it possible to process my EXPRESS ENTRY while I'm finishing my studies? I asked one of the agencies here, they said it's possible, the only downside is magastos... my question is, is it really possible? I'm having confusion about "Dual Intent"... Based on their assessment I am qualified for Express Entry... and I am willing to take their services for convenience...

Well hello there. EE is based on point system at feel ko pwede ka lang sa federal skilledworker.
Pero kung may Canadian Experience ka na eligible ka sa CEC. But you need to have atleast a 1yr SKilled level 0 A or B work experience.
Yes magastos but nothing nothing is free in this world.

Thanks and appreciate the reply.. yes, you are correct, i will fall under the federal skilled worker... naisip ko ito as a back up plan though nothing is certain pero I am willing to take the chance... ung study ko kasi is only 8 months.. and the PGWP will also be 8 months... i won't be eligible for CEC... some people say marami nman paraan once I'm already in Canada pero I want everything to be calculated...

The course I'm taking in my chosen school will only last for 8 mos while other schools offer this for 1 year... I haven't asked my school yet kung bakit 8 mos lng pero I was thinking kung gusto ko tlga maging 1 year ang studies ko is possible nman... anyway going back to my subject... magastos nga in a way na i have to take IELTS 'General Training" plus I have to send my credentials for ECA which is Cdn 200... and not to mention the agency fee... Do you think is it worth a try? I am willing to take this additional avenue for my Canadian dream... Please let me know your thoughts. I am in dire need of your input. Thank you for time reading my post..

Madali lang naman po mag enter ng profile sa express entry. Kahit wala kayo agency. Ganun din naman, ikaw magasikaso GT ielts, ECA tapos enter lang naman ng profile ng express entry gagawin nila. Magaantay every draw kung pasok yung score mo. Importante mapataas mo score mo eh since magkakaroon ka rin canadian education, plus points yun. Kung makakuha ka pa job offer while nasa canada plus points ulit yun. Kayang kaya mo po yun na ikaw lang. Tulad nitong student permit, lahat naman nasa website ng cic yung instruction.

Hello ask ko lng kng nakakuha ka na ng NBI if hindi pa pano kaya un pag ofw d kailangan pa nating umuwi para kumuha ng nbi?

@keepey29 Next week ako kkuha mag lleave ako, pero for OFW as per advise by @applepen , need mo coordinate with Philippines Embassy kuha ka ng SPA and NBI Card tapos pag nakuha mo na yun parehas, ipapadala mo yun s pinas s representative mo, one day lang daw yun makukuha mo na un NBI clearance saka mo send pabalik abroad. Middle East ka din ba?

Hindi ko nbsa ang timeline mo, at kung nag backread man ako hnd ko lahat mttandaan ang post sa forum nito, im just asking one question , since im using my phone sa pag basa nitong forum hnd makikita agad2 ang timeline nyo dto . sana po matulungan niyo ako, i just wanted to ask about common law partner, if hindi naman siya accompanying. kelangan pa din ba ng proof to support the relationship to be sent together with the application forms?

Same kami residence pero hindi kmi nag sama, kasi bawal s Middle East, wala din kmi joint account, meron kmi is Proof of Property sa Pinas under our names plus we both have life insurance and both beneficiary namin isat isa. Mag attach nalang din ako mga visa stamps namin kc we always travel together and yun pictures at air tickets sold na listed parehas name namin. Okey na kaya ito as proof?

Yes po need mo ideclare siya, however, ang issue since hindi kayo ng sama sa isang bahay for 1 year, he cant be considered as common law. Yan ung description nila for common law..
