hi guys.. paabala po. need ur advice. My nephew applied last year and got refused twice. Graduated as Nurse but Hr officer by profession. Would you advice na kumuha sya ng MBA or get bachelor course still related to Human Resources?

other reasons of refusal po ay (pls. give input)
1.Travel History- which is we are trying to work out now,
2.Immigration status in country of residence - He is actually working in UAE right now (pls give input)
3.Employment prospects in country of residence - (pls. give input)
4.current employment situation- (pls. give input)
5.personal assets and financial status - we paid the tuition fee for the first year and showed proof that he is able to pay and sustain himself while staying in canada until he is done with his course.

thanks!

Thanks in advance!
better to seek professional help nalang sa mga immigration lawyers/consultants, 2x na nadeny eh

Thisnis just a general overview, there is a benefit to backreading because you get the wisdom of the seniors particularly with regards to SOP creation.

Your first step is getting addmission to a school. Make sure when choosing a course it is in line with the field your nephew finished. If kunwari IT sya tas biglang Masters in HRM sya mas mataas ang chance na ma decline sya, unless you make a good SOP.

Once you have a school you can then proceed to apply for your student visa. Suggestion ko dont go for an agency na. Its easy enough, and if you have the patience to backread you will get a lot of info. There are two crucial things here your SOP explaning why you want to study, why dapat canada, benefit to you sa pag aral sa canada na d mo kaya makuha dito, proof that you will "theoretically" go back after you study. Then enough finances to fund the study. In your case since kayo cguro mag ffund you have to present your assets sa canada/ph plus work and financial documents. Cguro bonus din finances ng parents nya to show na malaki ang pool ng finances kung sakali

Half of the battle is the school the other half is the visa :)
