Hi guys pwede makahingi ng advice galing sainyong mga experts?
So accepted ako sa Toronto for 2 years post graduate course this January 2016!

- Concern ko yung proof of funds.
Tuition is 15k per year + living expenses which is 10k according to my LOA. so need ko ba ng 25k cad sa bank account ko? or 15k x 2 years (tuition) + 10k x 2 years (living expenses) which is 50k cad?
Basically may more or less may 20k cad sa account ko na kineep ko pa since June (not touched, hulog lang ng pera para may unti movement) and babayaran ko un first semester which is 7,500 (not from my proof of funds na bank account) bago ako mag lodge next month and isasama ko yun receipt sa application ko.

- Bago ako mag lodge ng visa need ko nba maghanap apartment and mag book ng tickets agad para ipakita sa cic officer with my application?

- I'm applying through online. Yun mga signature dun need ko ba agad e-signature sa application forms ko before ko iupload?

- Effective ba talaga gumawa ng SOP? and ano pba ibang supporting documents na pde ko isama sa application ko?

- Need ko pba mag pa consult sa mga agencies? and may ma- advice ba kayo na magaling? btw yun mga around Manila area kung gsto niyo meetup tayo mkapag brainstorming tayo about sa applications natin! Thanks

about proof of funds, yes you need to show them that you have enough funds to cover your entire stay, cost of living and other miscellaneous expenses.

for the apartment and airline booking, no need to do it in advance as you will have to book your ticket pag lumabas na visa mo. sa apartment naman, since january ka pa, same as mine, hindi pa sila nageentertain masyado. i have inquired last month, for august and september arrivals ang ineentertain nila.

application online, may security questions, which will serve as your e-signature for your application.

sa akin i made a study plan, it's important to indicate there kung ano purpose ng studies mo, san mo magagamit and what will be your plans after studying. you have to assure them though na babalik ka and ma-aapply mo yung inaral mo. whatever your direction will be after studying, kailangan mapresent mo pa din na uuwi ka. you need to submit all your transcripts, diploma/s, bank cert, employment cert and i also submitted my IELTS results.

i did not go to any agency or consult na. i did everything online, basta complete all requirements mo. my visa processing took me, supposedly 3 weeks lang makakalabas na. but i went out of the country a day after they were asking for my passport. kaya nadelay lang ng ilang days.

Last day of dropping yata for classes is this week. Afterwards, when you drop, lalabas na bagsak na sa transcript. Keep in mind also that when you drop, you violate the conditions of being a full time student. Also, when you drop, malaki chance na ma-delay ka ng one year sa pag-graduate.

For those asking about certain procedures, konting basa lang po backwards. Almost all questions were asked and answered multiple times na po. Marami po kayong mapupulot na DOs and DON'Ts from others' mistakes. What's a few pages of reading compared to a smooth and approved transaction versus wasting medical fees and application fees just because you forgot to include your NBI for example. Friendly reminder lang po

Also, regarding medical, just to share, hindi hinanap yung MMR records ko sa point of entry

Hi mmmcook...wala pa rin update ng sakin as of today..but nagpay na ako ulit ng confirmation fee ko sa school and awaiting nlang..once mareceive ko I will send it to mycic through Case Specific Inquiry and I will explain na I have secured a new LOA for Jan intake..Praying for gods blessing..actually hirap din ng situation na ganyan..Lets hope na if iapprove na nila yung sa atin eh hingi nlang sila ng additional documents and hindi na bagong application total LOA lang nmn ang magging issue.. lets hope and pray for the best..cguro to be safe narin eh ask for a new loa na rin total school already started and wala din assurance na magkakaupdate agad agad and cguro to be safe and hindi ma ubusan ng slot for the school. kasi ganyan din scenario my first plan eh nung nagstart na ang school ko eh naclose na application ko eh I intend to enroll for a 2 year program para safe na pero unfortunately full na ang slot but in gods grace eh my available slot pa sa 1 year cert sa business management na first ko pinagenrollan dun sa una kong application...

Mmmcook, try to find out if tatanggapin ka pa ng school kasi you might miss a lot of quizzes/lab work by the time you get here. Deferring would be the best option. I'm just not sure if there are any fees from the embassy for that. Goodluck and please keep us updated.

Tama ka renz. Defer to January nalang talaga. I'm worried din if baka hindi na talaga ako magka update tpos matagal ako naka hingi ng LOA. Pag pray nalang natin na oag may new LoA na tayo, sana magkaroon tayo ng magandang feedback sa result ng application natin. Gusto ko rin kasi yung mkakapag adjust muna ng mabuti bago mag start ang school.

Tama ka renz. Defer to January nalang talaga. I'm worried din if baka hindi na talaga ako magka update tpos matagal ako naka hingi ng LOA. Pag pray nalang natin na oag may new LoA na tayo, sana magkaroon tayo ng magandang feedback sa result ng application natin. Gusto ko rin kasi yung mkakapag adjust muna ng mabuti bago mag start ang school.

Update2x lang tyo dito kung ano man.

Hi mmmcook.. ito still the same no new update yet...yah i guess so mahirap din kasi na biglaan ang dating baka hindi makapag adjust.. yun din nga inisip ko na cguro kaya God did not gave my request na matanggap agad sa fall term eh madalian and biglaan baka magkaproblem pa lalo..cguro God knows whats best for us and he will not let us down..kaya I guess may better purpose si GOD for us lets just pray for guidance. sure update update lang..I will be sending my new LOA sa cic for reference para malaman nila na may bago na akong LOA for Jan 16..

Hello!! Who are still waiting for visa approval po? My application is already more than a month from the date of submission and still praying and waiting. Tanong ko lang po, marami bang na refuse sa mga applications which took more than a month na from submission? I reviewed the posts kasi and i noticed, mabilis ang response pag nagrerefuse ang embassy...like, 2weeks til less than a month may refusal na.
