I think are reason for denial ni floje was lack of travel history and lack of funds despite demonstrating more than enough funds needed.

Denden, I just showed bank certs of accounts at least two years old already and didn't provide any statements na. Most of the accounts were also time deposits

yes po tama si mic mic..travel issues,employment after finishing,funds and they dont see me going back daw to my country..anyway i was able to make a new sop with the big help of sir floje god bless him..and ill be relodge my application today!hoping to have a better result and fast result sana..in gods and all saints blessing..hope everythimg will turn out okay..sana hindi pa huli and kaworry lang dahil ilang weeks nlang start na..wish me luck

do you guys have any idea if usually sa mga 2nd attempts eh na aapprove din sila agad agad or it will take months din..I am super worried!

I have already relodge my application hoping for the best.
my application consist of

SOP answering all the issues

750k php Bank Cert
Titles and cars
Business (school)
affidavit of support of Parents and sister
letter of support from my gf's father (Captain Seaman) earning atleast 8k dollars
bank cert from them around 7k dollars

Hope this application works na rin..hoping and praying hard for GOD's blessing. Wish me luck!

Maaari po bang magclarify ng procedure sa mga nakapaglodge na ng SP nila?

Sa Document Checklist Page:

RE passport or travel document section – did you upload all your valid and previous passports here? Or yung valid lang together with any other stamps na nasa valid passport ninyo? The rest, yung previously issued passports and visa stamps ay saan niyo po inattach?

RE From 5409 Statutory Declaration – kung ako po ay may common law partner pero hindi kami sabay magaapply, may lalabas po ba na section to upload form 5409? Wala po kasing section provision na lumabas para sa pagupload ng form 5409. Do I still need to upload a notarized copy of form 5409? -saan ko po sha iattach?

Kindly advice po, gusto ko lang po sana magpass din today, like renz0724.

Hello! Try to backread a little and look for babies' application. You pretty much have the same case On the tragel documents portion, I included all existing visas and proof of travel for the past five years

Thanks for sharing your experience. I believe si babies applied together with the partner - study permit for the partner and owp for him. In my case kasi, I will be applying first, without my partner -to follow nalang in case ma-approve, although I mentioned in the status that I am in a common-law relationship.

Question is, do you think I should still include the form 5209 kahit walang provision to upload it -maybe in the SOP portion?

RE your travel docs, Im thinking of uploading my valid passport and stamped pages/visas sa passort and travel document section, the rest- mga old passports and visas in the past 5 years sa SOP portion- since dito lang lahat ng additional docs. Am I doing this correctly?

Hi! Nag apply ako last June 19, 2015 tapos nadeny nung July 20, 2015. Mag aapply ulit ako sa August 2 for student visa. Pwede ko pa ba gamitin ung bank certificate nung nag apply ako June 18, 2015 name naka date sa bank cert. ko eh. At hindi naman kasama sa reason ung proof of funds ko kung bakit dineny. Ang reason lang is hindi sila satisfied na aalis ako ng canada after study so gagawa nalang ako ng SOP para dun. Please answer!!!

Hindi po ako mag enrol sa BVC. Gusto ko lang ma clarify kung pwede talaga ang 16 months course kaya tinignan ko website ng BVC nakraan tapos tinanong kita ;D

Hi! Regarding sa bank cert mo na two years old already, you mean 2013 pa nka date sa bank cert mo then ok lang tinanggap nila? Mag aapply ulit kasi ako this august nka date sa bank cert ko June 18 2015 pa

Hello, sorry for the misunderstanding. The accounts are atleast two years old but the date on the certificates are atmost 3 days from the day i lodge my application. If i remember correctly, same day lahat ng date ng bank certs nakin and the same night na upload na. Umabot lang past midnight nung na submit yung application kaka double check namin

Omg, I'm so lucky I have found this specific thread na kapwa pinoys!! I am so doomed and depressed right now. I applied two attempts for tourist visa before in 2013 yata and I gave up applying in a while until now. Akala ko wala ng magiging problema since its a student visa. I applied through an agency and spent money kase I thought they could increase my chance of getting a visa. I've been denied so many times in my life T_T

I applied for Electronics System Engineering for Fall 2015. Electronics pero different ng focus from Communication plus Coop (I will state sa SOP na limited lang hands on experience from previous Degree so looking forward ako sa Coop. More on software ang focus ng bagong degree nato. Plus I want to take Masters in the future sa Canada and I decided to take another Bachelors since hindi ako umabot sa requirements ng Master at this point. Mind you I have no work experience pa. I plan to go back sa Pinas after that to gain at least 3-4 years work experience before I attempt magapply ng Masters. Meanwhile, I can use my Canadian experience to have greater chance to secure a job sa Philippines.

Poorly presented and SOP ko nung una. But yan ang rason ko sa new SOP ko. I will take second Bachelors (that has different focus on the same field of Electronics + Coop to supplement my skills since I have limited experience) to strengthen and expand my profile para sa Masters in the future and increase the chance of securing a good job when I establish my work experience.

Lalagay ko din kung bakit sa Canada ko gusto mg Masters in the future. Tapos sinabi ko na my travel history is limited to Asia.


Seniors, sa tingin nyo ba valid reason to para maconvince ang VO and grant my student visa ko?
