ask ko lang po, maaapektuhan po ba ang study permit application if merong history of breaking immigration law from another country? tnt po ako sa korea for 8 yrs and I'm planning to study in canada this year kasi nakapag ipon n run po ng pngtuition at pnggastos.

Parehas ba passport name na ginamit mo para matrace na same person? Kc ung cousin ko tnt din pero change name.

If may possibility na matrace ka...baka madeny ka.

same name po gagamitin ko for my application. naisip ko po kasi di ba hinihingi din nla ung previous passports ng applicants im sure malalaman din nila na nagtnt ako at ung place of birth ng anak ko sa korea makikita nila sa family information kaya no choice ako kundi be truthful n lang. im hoping na di nila icoconsider pa ung pgtnt ko kasi im applying naman as student at hindi tourist. ano po kaya sa tingin nyo magiging status ng application ko? mas malaki po ba chance na madeny me?

for those who applied through online, san niyo po inupload yung mga additional requirments like NBI certificate and COE (sponsor and mine) pwede ko po ba siya ilagay nalang sa letter of explanation tab? thanks po sa mga sasagot please help seniors

Kelan ba yung period ng pag-TNT mo? Kasi if it is shown in your current passport or was in the past 10 years - kailangan mo idisclose yun sa application form.
Di ko alam kung ano ang chances mo - pag kasi may mga immigration violations medyo tagilid kasi yun eh. Also, both student and tourist visas are temporary resident visas, so malaki pa rin ang risk ng pagTNT for both. It might help if you get an immigration lawyer who can advise you better.

Hi guys! I would like to ask for advice from people on this forum since I know a lot if not most of you here have a lot of things to share regarding student visa applications.

I plan on enrolling at OMNI college in Vancouver. Its a private college for International nurses to prepare them for the Canadian NCLEX. It will be for 12 months. Has anyone heard about this college? Can you please tell me any experiences youve had or if you know someone studying there.

Also. Someone told me from a different forum that there were several OMNI students who were not granted a PGWP after graduation. And that bothered me alot because that will be affecting my plans of finding permanent employment after finishing school. If someone in here can explain what are the factors that can affect a students application for PGWP? What are the conditions for which an individual cannot be granted a PGWP even if he has succesfully finished school?

I have read from the CIC that students are eligible to apply for a PGWP as long as the school is a designated learning institution.OMNI is a DLI according to the CIC.

If there is anyone that can tell me about OMNI or the truth in these claims i would truly appreciate it. Thanks!

ei paper based application ako...

pero ung sa SOWP at TRV application ng husband and baby ko online...
by the way, ung mga additional documents mo pwede mong isama sa file ng ibang required documents example ung NBI mo pwede mong isama sa passport mo... kasi per requirement isang file lang allowed iupload diba... hope this helps... best of luck! =)

another question seniors yung bank certificate niyo po ba pwedeng naka peso or in dollar po dapat? kasi according sa bank namin hindi daw pwede iconvert in dollar kasi naka peso account kami

I showed my husband's bank certificate in Vietnam Dong with USD conversion... husband ko kasi financial supporter ko nung nag-apply ako... =)
