hello i got my visa already, however, my classes starts on Jan. 7, 2015 and ends in April 7, 2015..I am confused Why is the expiry so early? do I have to contact the VFS MAnila? or did anyone get the same thing?

@ jd82, di ko pa nakuha passport ko kc pinacourier ko. I'm expecting later this week or nxt week. And yes, nakapagpabook na ko. I'm not sure about transiting thru US. Suggestion dn ng csr ng expedia na kumuha na lng ng flights na hindi dadaan sa US para safe. Try mo EVA airline.

I agree not to get flights transiting US(that is if you don't want to go through the Visa processing again,but if you opt to acquire any US visa..up to you). I got a reasonable flight through an agency(they book our annual vacation tickets from my previous company). I do recommend them, I can pm their email, communication lng by email & didn't even use a credit card!

I agree not to get flights transiting US(that is if you don't want to go through the Visa processing again,but if you opt to acquire any US visa..up to you). I got a reasonable flight through an agency(they book our annual vacation tickets from my previous company). I do recommend them, I can pm their email, communication lng by email & didn't even use a credit card!

@Torque78 thanks much.. I already got my ticket sorted out through a travel agency. No US connecting flights as per the advice of the agency as well.

hello i got my visa already, however, something is different in my TRV. my classes starts on Jan. 7, 2015 and ends in Dec 11, 2015..the TRV was stamped with dates Aug 11,2014- April 7, 2015 only. Does it mean my Student permit will also be the same? do I have to contact the VFS MAnila? or did anyone get the same thing?

also in the approval letter that they sent me.. on the permit details part is was WP/ Permit PT.. is this the new one now? Is it not supposed to be SP?

sorry i messed up the dates.. my classes starts on jan 7- dec 11, 2015... no i just applied for SP only thats why i was really confused too and the dates that they stamped on my trv was really weird.. i emailed manila cic to check.. coz when i asked my cousin to call cic today they advised me to contact cic manila regarding the matter.

I hope CEM will sort your visa out..it's so confusing(maybe they got confused too,with the applications & Fall Intake nearing). Hirap nmn kc nyan if kadarating mo lng,extension kaagad ang aasikasuhin mo,WP pa nakalagay. Good luck& hope for the best!
