Hi! Our bills (card)/other expenses are auto debit sa account namen, and we gradually deposited huge amount a month or two maybe, before submission of application. So I guess, as long as the total amount of your account covers the required PF, you are good to go.

Add ko lang na info, the money should be sitting in your account for atleast 4 months. Yung iba or yung dating requirement is 12months yata. Dbc is correct as long as the account hast sufficient funds to cover / support the application then theres no problem. Also, pagkakaalam ko the embassy can only check whether the account has been there for quite a while but they cannot question how much exactly is the balance because this is against the law. :) anyone here who works for banks? Please confirm this information :)

Omg! Seriously!? I'll call them tomorrow. I don't understand why it's taking them so long to send them. I mean, they already said the status of our MR is sending. So, kulang nalang talag ang pagbigay sa CEM, diba? Ugh. I'm dying here. Hahaha!

hello everyone...

please help... I really need your honest opinions/advises... I might submit my student visa application on June...

I am planning to take up Post Graduate International Business (Advance Diploma - 12 months) on January 2015... I graduated last March2003 with a degree of BSBA Major in Marketing Management... I have 6 years experience in insurance company and more than 3 years experience in casino industry (cruise ship)... Presently, I am unemployed because I gave birth 7 months ago... But I will be returning to work on July... With my stated profile, do you think my SP will be approved?

My husband will support my study... but his bank account was in Vietnam... another proof of income will be my mutual fund... We are also planning to pay the full tuition fee and the accommodation fee before submitting my visa application. To sum up, we only have CAD30K... Will this be enough POF?

Your response will be highly appreciated. Thanks a lot. =)

@dbc Update.. I called SLEC this morning and malapit na masunog buhok ko sa inis. Ang tagal nilang nahanap yung MR ko kasi wala daw sa database nila. Buti nalang naputol yung tawag kasi kung hindi, baka napagsabihan ko na sila. Hahaha! Anyhow, I called them again this afternoon and they were expecting my call, they told me they already forwarded my MR to CEM on May 6. Ahhh! God is so good talaga! =) I think you understand my feeling nung parang grabe na yung kaba mo at hindi mo talaga alam kung ano ineexpect pero bibigyan ka Niya ng good news. =) So, I hope nasama na yung MR mo. Mas nauna ka sa akin, diba? Another waiting game commences. Praying for our dreams, guys! =)

Hi! I forgot your job positions during your previous employment, could you enlighten us? Like everyone suggests here, make a strong SOP (Statement of Purpose) that will be an outline of all the important details of your study.

And about the funds, I am not sure about this. As long as you think it's enough to cover all expenses tuition, housing (including utilities), transportation, fare to and from Canada, miscellaneous such as medical insurance, books, etc. You could try to make a rough estimate, if that'll help.

I hope an expert could answer your queries, though. =)

Hindi naman nila sinabi na requirement yun pero they advised us to get the vaccine, in case they'll ask us at the POE. But thank you for reminding me about that. I have yet to ask my doctor about it. Hirap na kasing hanapin yung immunization records ko. Tagal na kaya yun! But I had to get it again when I studied in the US when I was in 3rd grade but my mom couldn't remember where she kept them. Did you get it there?

Yeah, an SOP could help you. And regarding the funds, I'm guessing your husband is currently working. Maybe he could also provide a letter of financial support.
