Anyone applied a Student Permit from Philippines?

Hi,

We sent our application last Tuesday, June 25, my wife being the applicant for the Student Visa while me and our daughter for the TRV. Today she received a request for medical examination. Ask ko lang kung sya lang ba ang magpapamedical or pati din kami. Medyo nalilito lang ako kasi when we submitted our papers, me and my daughters TRV application was on a different envelope. Does the medical request mean for all of us or for my wife lang? Ganun ba talaga kabilis ang medical request, wala pang one week?

hi guys share ko lang...2 weeks ago nakatanggap kami ng tawag from my husband's consultant na nagclose yung school na pinag enrollan nya sa vancouver...bigla kami nalungkot kasi baka yun ang dahilan na madeny xa...sumulat kami sa embassy para ma-inform cla na nagclose na yung school and para tanungin cla kung ano mangyayari sa application ni hubby...buti na lang despite sa nangyari na aaproved pa rin yung visa nya...kakatanggap lang namin today!!! God is sooooo good...

@amiel.santiago: Ang swerte nyo naman. Ako nga nag-apply April 19 p pero kahit medical request wala pa rin. Ang alam ko naman kapag family ang nag-apply, lahat ng members ng family magpapamedical.

@zyzy: Question lang. Paano sya mabibigyan ng student permit pagdating nya ng Canada kung sarado na pala ang school? Kasi ang visa na natanggap nyo Temporary Residence Visa. Ang student permit nakukuha upon arrival sa Canada.

Fortunately,natanggap ang hubby ko sa centennial...sinabi lang namin na nagclose na yung vipm and nakaprocess yung student permit application nya,yun nga natanggap namin kahapon ang visa...antay na lang namin offer letter from centennial since tapos na kaming magbayad.

guys i have question, please help...

my consultant told me na before I do the withdrawal (for my tuition fee) I should ask bank certificate first showing the whole amount of my proof of funds then saka ako magbayad ng tuition fee. Pano kung this July ako kumuha ng bank certificate pero ipaprocess pa yung documents ko for visa by October (since sabi nila 2-3mos before pasukan <taking Jan 2014 class> dapt magfile sa embassy) VALID PA DIN BA ANG BANK CERTIFICATE KO? Or they would ask me again for a latest bank certificate??? please answer. thank you.

sa university of lethbridge. she's taking an undergrad course of business management major in computer science.

Yun nga din ang pagkakaintindi ko. Medyo nalilito lang ako kasi when we submitted all our documents we have different reference number. Dun sa pinadalang medical exam request, yung file number nya ba na un is for her only or for all of us? Thanks.

@dreamer20 Ang alam ko bank statement for the past 4 months ang kailangan when you apply. So if will get a bank statement now and then apply several months after, hindi na valid yun. If you'll pay your tuition before your visa application, I think ok lang naman na bawas na ung funds mo kasi nabawasan na rin ung expected expenses mo sa Canada...

@amiel.santiago I think para un sa lahat ng members ng family kasi lahat naman kayo seeking for a temporary residence visa... Ang alam ko, if you plan to stay longer than 6 months, then required magpamedical.

hi ...nagpamedical xa last May 8,tapos na delayed lang pag submit sa embassy kasi kailangan pa namin yung comprehensive report galing sa nephro nya,may proteinuria kasi hubby ko..May 30 naforward yung medical report nya sa CEM...

hi guys! just an update, my brother received his visa today, medyo natagalan kasi almost a month bago naforward ng St. Luke's yun medical nya although wala naman problem sa medical exam nya. ;D
