Anyone applied a Student Permit from Philippines?

I just want to know if there would be any problem in our visa application, if my husband will apply for open work permit? And I will be the one who is studying.

Based from what Ive read previously, you can combine both student permit and open work permit if you are applying in paper. How about if youre applying online? is it just the same, or he needs to create his own mycic. What are the necessary additional documents he should include in his work permit application?

Sure your husband can apply for OWP. Di lang ako sure if you need separate MyCIC accounts, maybe the others in this thread can help.

We just did with my GF, Praise the Lord, we received PPR yesterday for her Student Permit & my Open Work Permit.

You can apply for both either paper or online, I highly suggest online so you can get the updates & very much faster processing just like ours. Only you as principal applicant or student needs to create an account, you just need to submit/upload IMM5713E which is for Family Member Representative which would be you, it will be signed by both of you.

I just included my COEs, payslips, ITRs, my birth certificate & parents, TOR & diploma.

Yung mga tanong lng bakit yun ang course na pinili, bakit sa Canada at hindi sa Pinas, ties, funds, work experience.

May natanggap ba kayo UCI sa FSW?

Ah, binalik ba mga docs ng FSW nyo? Hindi na man siguro makaka apekto sa application nyo. Meron din kami QSW pero hindi na namin dinisclose.
