Anyone applied a 2nd way?

I’ve applied via self-employed but am wondering if anyone has applied for self-employed and also through Express Entry? Is that allowed? Also, our CRS points are below 400 and skilled worker program is only around 66 (minimum is 67). Maybe there’s no point in creating an EE profile...? Do different provinces look at those? Or is it only federal?

If you don’t have 67, then you are not eligible for EE. You can look at provinces that have paths that aren’t through the EE stream, but if you aren’t eligible for EE then chances for PNPs are low. PNPs may focus on specific, in-demand NOCs. You still need your education assessed and language tests completed.
