All the Best bro. Beaware about the job responsibilities you are gonna add on the job letter. There is another NOC code 1431 which resembles to NOC 1311 and it doesn't qualify for immigration. So you should spend more time on your job letter before you submit your application.

I graduated in August and got my pgwp in November. I got this job in October but counted my experience from the date of pgwp

accounting bookkeeper
accounting technician
bookkeeper
bookkeeping clerk
budget officer
finance officer
financial officer
senior bookkeeper

What operations are you taking care of in the bank? Is it accounting related? 1311 belongs to only bookkeepers and accountants. The visa officer is gonna evaluate your file as per your title and job responsibilities you showed in the job letter and application.

I am taking care of accounting work in the bank. Below is response from HRSDC, when I ask them about my title:

Job titles and descriptions are not universal. What your occupation is called might be different from the unit group title on the National Occupational Classification (NOC). The NOC system is used in Canada to classify over two million job titles in its labour market. Therefore, please note that the most important factor is that your job duties match the main duties found in the NOC.

Hi, I've been working in an organization for 6 years now as an Account Officer. My job Requirements are as follow;

Maintain financial report, record and general ledger.
Responsible for billing activities like account payable and receivable.
Monitor income and expenditure account.
Maintain and oversees all bank accounts.
Complete monthly reconciliations.
Coordinate a list of approved suppliers to ensure best value.

So now I'm confused as to what my NOC Code will be at first, I thought 1111, but that seems to be for people with professional certification like ACCA, ICAN etc. But now I'm kinda leaning towards 1311. What do y'all think please. I just want to be sure of what my NOC code is.
