ANYBODY WITH EXPERIENCE WITH KENYAN CANADIAN EMBASSY?

Its not quite clear to me about the requirements at the embassy.Is it advisable to go for medicals as you submit your applications.Which diseases do they normally require tests for and which clinics are these in Nairobi.In addition to this,people are saying that this Embassy does not call people for interview,they just issue visa upon satisfaction of your documents.Could this be true.Those with experience please help.
