Anybody with error message viewing RPRF receipt?

Probably there are more techy sabby ppl here than me.
I paid RPRF and when I went to view my receipt or save it, it says

Your session has expired due to inactivity or an incorrect page request.

And redirect me to log in, but it just moves me back to my application page without login page on it.

Cic says they're updating system, but still no hope. Anybody with same issue?
Could it be java issue or just my receipt is actually missing from the webpage?

from home. tried chrome, tried explorer, tried firefox, updated java. still not working.
GRRR maybe only way is to call cic call centre :'(

Did you tried clearing the cache of the browsers?

Try that and then give it a shot.

I called CIC Call centre and they told me to e-mail to get copy

Unable to retrieve e-payment receipt

If you made a payment using the e-Payment online service and cannot access the online services or are unable to retrieve the receipt from your account, you may request a copy by sending an email to HPM.Prod@cic.gc.ca.

Please include the following information in your email:

Your name;
Your date of birth;
Your mailing address;
Your telephone number;
Email address;
The reason for the request;
The date and time of transaction;
Type of credit card used for the payment;
Name of credit card holder;
First 2 numbers of the credit card;
Last 4 numbers of the credit card; and
Expiry date.
You should receive a copy of the receipt by email within 10 business days after we receive the information requested above.

freaked out about 10 days, but I received it within a day. Yeay!
