when is the right time to file visa for jan 2015

It doesnt matter i guess its ok if u do it before november coz my bro applied in october last .if u have a good profile then its gud and need not to worry ... .anyways.....you can apply for january intake in september month even i am going to apply for january intake ..upto last of next month ...
for which college r u applying.???? and which course??? ...cheers
