if you have submitted a profile already, maybe you should just wait it out. Two profile might be a problem in the long run.

Hi, was just looking for a quick advice. I had updated my profile yesterday, which is almost 15+ hours already. However the status is still showing "Processing update". I have read the above thread, and I have seen it was resolved for alot of people, but any idea what is the average time for the same??

Should I wait, or create another profile, as the draw is around the corner.

Just a suggestion. I have seen same issue few months back and I opened full application by clicking on each field and changed info on some fields and then i submitted application and it went through. Can you try same way and see?

HI Gurpreet, I had the same issue. However after posting it here, i went and raised a technical issue ticket (you can do the same by going to the bottom of the application page). In an hour I got a reply and the issue was sorted. The update was done in less than 24 hours total.

Id suggest if its still not sorted, raise a technical ticket right away!

I did the same on Sunday, it took around 15 hours for it to get submitted and for me to view the profile.
