I don't think so you will be able to create a new EE profile until you withdraw the current profile. I am in the same situation, my profile status is "Processing Update". Neither I can see the data I filled in my Profile nor I can see any button or tab to create EE profile.
 
What for you are withdrawing your profiles?

They will fix the issue before the draw. Don't spend your time on creation dozens of profiles.
 
I have created my profile in EE but I have not registered for a Job Bank. So, is job bank registration mandatory after creating EE profile to get an ITA?

Cic has written on their website that they are facing some technical issues and trying to fix it
So be patience don't delete your profile s

Re: Technical error in MY CIC Site while making Payment of PR + RPRF

Hi ALL

One can only contact from within Canada. so if you have any friend/relative ask them to call and state that the MY CIC is working fine but once we click 'Transmit & Pay" option, the error occurs. Ask them how much time will it take to rectify the error.

CIC Call Centre at 1-888-242-2100 Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.

CIC works fine till I click "Transmit & Pay" option after uploading all documents. Then the error occurs. I am trying to pay fees for PR +RFRF since 20-Nov-16. However the error is persistent and it seems that CIC is aware of same.

I have 15 days left to make the payment after which my 60 days window will expire.

Lets Hope for best.
 
my profile shows submitted when will it come to open ?
 
I have also not received the JOB bank code yet.. when should i expect it?

I agree that you won't be able to do with the same "My CIC" account, but it can be done by creating a new "My CIC" account ..

I am still waiting for "processing update" issue to get resolve
 
Friends, seems like they have fixed it. I had this issue and was waiting for past few days. Today morning when I checked "CONTINUE" button was present and I was able to submit my application. Finally got a confirmation message stating, "Congratulations! You have successfully submitted your application or profile."
Everyone, do check your application again.
 
Mine still says PROCESSING UPDATE even though I had transmitted the information and got that congratulations message :(

Anyone else still having the same issue ?
 
Same here m still getting processing update on my profile and its been like that since sunday. I called them and they said its load of applications and before monday it will be fixed. Hoping for the best
