you mean November 2012 not 2013..........it takes any where from 15-19 months to get a test date but then again it varies from case to case.

I'm from Hamilton and I submitted August 2012. I called CIC last week and this week and I've been advised that my application has been transferred to the local office already as of October 17th, 2013.

Hamilton received my application in February 2012 and I was called for the test in November 2012. Passed the test but got hit with RQ after test... obviously still waiting...
