My PGWP is expiring on July 7, 2019. I have applied for BOWP on March 05 and still waiting to get one. My BC PNP application was received by CIC on May 18, 2018.
Currently, I am on a one-year contract job, which is ending on May 28th. My employer wants to renew my contract with them for another year. I am worried if I tell them about my undecided visa status, whether they would be interested to renew the contract or not. Most importantly, does anybody know - if my BOWP visa does not get approved before my PGWP expires, do I have to leave Canada? What happens to my PR process if I need to leave Canada?
I am extremely worried about all these visa situations. Any information would be much appreciated.
