My wife went for citizenships test on 4th January in winnipeg and she passed the test. But after that we didn’t get any email about the ceremony. No updates, even if it is delayed because of COVID. Is there any way to figure out what’s going on?

My friend passed the test in mid of Nov-2019 and still waiting for Oath, it's a way long now just relax.

I passed the test, and they already emailed me date-time about the ceremony. 3 days before the ceremony, the government called a pause on in-person contact and they started work from home as well. My ceremony was postponed until further notice. We all have to wait.

See:

https://www.canada.ca/en/immigration-refugees-citizenship/services/coronavirus-covid19.html

And cautionary information prominently displayed at the page for checking processing times:
https://www.canada.ca/en/immigration-refugees-citizenship/services/application/check-processing-times.html

Or any of about three dozen topics in this forum. All pretty much saying the same (filtering out the detritus). Not complicated. Not promising. But things are starting to show signs of slight movement. Imagine a heavily loaded train stopped at the bottom of a steep incline. Starting to move, slowly, ever so slowly, with a big hill to climb. Eventually it will get moving. Qualified applicants will be scheduled for and able to take the oath of citizenship. Sooner or later, a few sooner, leaning toward later for most.
