A friend has HND in mechanical engineering and is looking for a school to study graduate diploma or post graduate diploma in MechanicalEngineering. Please share info if you know any university.
Any University in Canada which accepts HND( Higher National Diploma)

Isn’t that comparable to a college diploma so look at colleges not universities.
If OP is from Nigeria, then HND will be equivalent to a 3 year university degree (depending on the university really as some are rated higher than others).
You will need to find out from each school you are interested in, by sending them your transcript. Better still, get your degree evaluated through WES (or similar body) that will tell you the canadian equivalence of your degree.
