Hi i need an advice bacause i'm going to deliver my baby on december this year,but my contract is untill june next year.if im going to take a 1yr leave is there any chance that i can go back to work?
If your WP expires in June 2016, you will need a new one before you can go back to work after June.. You would also need to change your status to visitor if you wish to stay in Canada after your WP expires.
