Is there any period restrictions for staying outside canada after getting PR???
Collecting PR Card if stay outside canada for more than six months, will it effect my PR status????

No it will not. Just to keep your PR, remember you will have to stay minimum 2 years out of 5 years of your PR issued status. Also make sure at the time of landing, you must provide some residential address so that CIC can send the PR card (s) at that address.
