Hey everyone, I am a newbie and would appreciate some advice. I am a provincial nominee who was just refused an OWP because I did not have AOR...here I was thinking that nomination was first stage approval for Permanent Residence ???. Anyway was thinking of applying online for restoration and go to border with receipt and other documents to try my luck. I have seen persons in the past successfully gotten their Permit with expired visa and permit but wondering if there has been anyone recently and what advice you all can give me. I do not have the luxury of being of a job for four months to wait on restoration as worker so PLEASE HELP. Thanks
