the date your medicals expire or your passport ( whichever is earlier)babilon said:Hello all,
Do we have to move to Canada as soon as we get our Confirmation of Permanent Residence? Do they give some time to move?
Thanks
you would have to request CIC for extension giving a valid reason else they will not entertain your request. If they accept your request, then they can either extend your medical or ask you to resubmit the medicals.babilon said:Hi all,
I have a question about landing. If I am in the wrong forum, please direct me to the right one
I and my wife completed our medical exams on Feb 21st and will submit our application in the second week of May. If everything goes well, we'll get our CoPRs by October. From the previous posts, I understand that we can land within one year from the medicals. So, technically, the last day to land for us will be Feb 21st. When we had done the med exams, we didn't know about that. My question is that: Can we re-do the medical exam next week before we submit our application so that we can extend our landing time from Feb to May? (I have some unfinished business)
If it is not possible, can I stay for a few days and then return to the US to finish my business? In that case, can my wife (dependent) stay in Canada and wait for the PR?
Thank you very much
wait for their request to pay the fee.jpv2212 said:I have got my AOR but I haven't paid RPRF yet.
Can anyone suggest me how to pay RPRF now?
Ok. So there no any other way to pay it at this stage. Right?vishalg said:wait for their request to pay the fee.
You have to provide PCCs for each n every country in which you had stayed for >6 months.bossofbees said:Hi, I have a question regarding PCC. I am originally from Nepal and have lived in China (5 years study), Georgia (5 days visit) and Qatar (2 years and ongoing). Do I have to submit PCC for all these countries or just my home country? Thanks

No need to provide PCC if the stay was <6 months. Just mention it in the travel history
Yes. It's better to provide as much info as you can in your application to avoid unnecessary delays.bossofbees said:Thanks. And do I have to scan the visa and stamp pages of my old passport?
