Spouse's or common-law partner's official languages proficiency - first official language

Canadian Language Benchmark (CLB) level per ability (reading, writing, speaking and listening )
Maximum 20 points for section
Maximum 5 points per ability
CLB 4 or less: 0
CLB 5 or 6: 1
CLB 7 or 8: 3
CLB 9 or more: 5

So somewhere between 0 - 20 points depending on ability

Hi Experts,

I just submitted my expert entry profile and got the reply "Ineligible"

My details:

Canadian Exp. 9 months in NOC 1122

Canadian Education : MBA (2 years Masters Degree)

Hi,

I have applied for PR under old system i.e. in the month of Dec 2014 and after EE becomes applicable, I applied under EE as well. Further it shows that I am eligible with 320 points in EE. After that I registered myself for Job Bank which will help to match the job considering my qualification and experience. Its almost 2 months I can see many jobs matching with my qualification and experience, but don't know how to apply in Job Bank or how to match in Job Bank. Can you please guide how to get job through Job Bank for ETA?

Also do you have any other way to get the job, do let me know?

Thnx

Can i ask a question.i know it is not related directly to express entry but it is related to PNP ..
My question is: my husband sent pnp application for regular process and he included me in his application , can i apply ( if i am also qualified) for PNP express entry stream????????

Also if we are allowed to have 2 pnp application (in one of them my husband is the principal nominee and in the second one i will be the principal nominee) . In case of approving my husband application , should i withdraw my pnp application.or i can also have my application processed after nominating my husband...

I searched alot but i didnot get any answer.i also contacted pnp office but they have high volume of emails and calls these days and they donot respond quickly. ???

I appreciate any help from you guys

Thank you so much and i am waiting for ur important response

if both of you applied as single before and during your applications you got married, you need to notify AINP about the changes, so whoever get the certificate from two of you, he/she will become the principal applicant. and you or him will go on his application. you dont need to withdraw it, just let them know about your civil status. and they're the one who will reconsider it for you. but if youre already married when you apply, one application is enough

Hi Bernechin,
I'm wondering how you got that points calculation..

Did you pass it from ww.cic.gc.ca/ctc-vac/ee-start.asp ?

When I fill out my information, it's only telling me i'm eligible but doesn't give me a real total at all.
And isn't supposed to have the same CRS points system as shown here ww.cic.gc.ca/english/express-entry/grid-crs.asp#a4

Like "20 to 29 years of age" 110pts or "Master degree" up to 135pts??

I'm also wondering about the Education points, does the ECA mandatory to have those points counted at all? or is extra points only applying for "CRS – C. Skill transferability factors" or "Skill Transferability factors"??

Based on that points chart, I'd count my CRS points for my situation as follow:
Age: 31 - 99pts
Education (two year program) - 98pts
etc,..

Thanks a lot!
Mike

Hey Ktay,

I am sorry I cannot open the link you mentioned.

I did the assesment here: http://onlineservices-servicesenligne.cic.gc.ca/eapp/eapp.do;jsessionid=8F7C4C416E5ED47A58B92F39A97680EC

The 67/100 criteria is here: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/skilled/apply-factors.asp (since you are already eligible, you don;t have to worry about this..)

You can get the CRS points once you submit the EE profile in your account

For FSW, ECA is mandatory.

Thanks again Berniechin,
Ok it's clear now for the CRS as I'd like to apply under EE and not FSW.

However, I'm still confused about the ECA record since I don't have any Canadian degree.
I know that it's only mandatory for FSW but if I don't apply for it, will the education points still be counted under my CRS total?

The website w w w .cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/skilled/crs-tool.asp is clearly stating:

"4) What is the highest level of education for which you have obtained?
a Canadian degree, diploma or certificate; or
an Educational Credential Assessment? (ECAs must be from an approved agency, in the last five years)"

And because 98 points can definitively make a difference, if I have to, I'd probably pay $225 for it..

Can anyone confirm?

Thanks!

Anyone who has received an ITA for FSW - my personal document checklist doesn't include any IMM forms to fill out?? Is this normal? For sure I thought I would have to be filling in forms? All I get so far is supporting documents to upload to CIC...I'm wondering if there's a glitch in my application...

Asking on behalf of a friend

I'm working in an NOC C level job- 1415- Personnel Clerk.

According to CIC:
You do not have to show that you have these funds if:

you have a valid offer of arranged employment in Canada AND
you are currently working or authorized to work in Canada.

Now I now valid offer of arranged employment means NOC 0, A and B. So in her case does she still need to have proof of fund despite living and working in Canada on a PGWP?

Thanks Guys!

Jobs must be in Skill level O/A/B to qualify under FSW category. I am not sure about CEC requirements

Hi,

I am currently working in Canada on a work permit and this was on a Intra-company transfer which did not require an LMO/LMIA. Now when i apply under Express Entry this job which is my current job is not being considered as arranged employment.
Do i need to get a letter from my Company or do i need to get an LMO/LMIA for this to be taken into consideration as an arranged employment.
Please suggest on how to proceed with this situation. Any help will be very very much appreciated.

Thank you,
Vinay
