Hello there,
I have a question. I applied for FSW2014 with NOC 2172. But my application returned due to CAP filled. And now I want to apply for EE. Is it possible to apply for EE with a different NOC like 2171. Please share.

Thanks

Hi All,

I have a question regarding LMIA.

My wife is on Open Work Permit and is currently working in Canada on a full time employment offer without a LMIA. I was wondering if there is a way where her employer can apply for her LMIA without putting her current job in jeopardy.

Your inputs are highly valuable. Please do share them.

Thanks!

If anyone could help me with the e-mail id of 'director of evaluation' from WES.. or any other contact e-mail for communication.. i tried in the website but did not find a clue !
THANKS.

Hi there,

I'm new to the forums & need help with some EE/CEC questions.

I received 0 for Level of Education even though I have completed a bachelors degree + advanced diploma + high school certificate.
Why is that so? Is there something I incorrectly filled out? It should be 112-119 points alone?

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Thanks,

Hi Terki

I have a question regarding ECA. I have two post secondary qualifications. Unfortunately I've only put in an ECA request (WES) for my main degree. I know I'll probably need an ECA for the second qualification also but can't currently get in touch with WES after a week of trying!

I'm anticipating getting my ECA for the principal degree before the second qualification. When I apply for EE, Can I put down both qualifications just now, even if I'll probably only have ECA for one at that time (I'd have the ECA for the second by the time I got ITA and I just want to get my EE entry in ASAP.

Thanks

u may add up to EE - however points wont trail without a WES ref # - which u will only get once u help WES become slightly richer

Cheers Mate !

Will it be 22?

Yeah 119 points with spouse ( but first to be in the pool ) I need to qualify with 67 points ( with my credentials a few people told me I am entiteled for 21 points or 112 under the new EE ).

Nice to hear from you that it will be 119 ( EE ) ie 22 FSW points

i am not an expert, but I don't know how the employer would get a new LMIA without advertising the position and proving there were no local applicants who qualified.

Much obliged :) both post-secondary qualifications were obtained in the UK so I know I'll have to get WES for both of them. I am just aware that you can't add a qualification to EE without a reference but wondered if I could add both with one reference for the time being to get the points (given that they won't be checked until an ITA anyway). Sounds like there is a place to add a reference for each qualification?
