Hello Seniors
I applied for CEC in august and I got my AOR in October, but now I wanna move to another job, but my employer does not want me to leave this job, he wants me to work for him like slaves because he thinks he helped me by providing a reference letter
I am worried about Work experience Clarification by CIC
if I quit my job then my employer will not respond positively to CIC when CIC call to my employer for job experience clarification

so what should I do now

* continue my job until my PR or find anther job without any worries

thanks guys

it should be fine to leave the job, since CEC is about 'past' experience. Since you already got a reference letter, it should be ok. Just in case, document whatever your boss tells you so if there is ever some confusion, you can show the CIC why the company in the reference letter acts like that.

Your employer can't legally not let you go. If you want to leave, you're free to leave.
And your PR application in process doesn't require you being employed. You can leave the job,
find a different one or don't do anything at all.
Totally up to you, just make sure that in any case, you keep CIC informed about your status.
