Any Post June 2010 applicant (MI2) passed 12 months since PER and still RBVO ??

Hello all,

I am a post June 2010 applicant and fall under MI2. 12 months have been passed since PER and my ECAS is still RBVO however I have inquired LVO several times and every time they reply they will contact when they will be in a position to process my case.

Just wanted to know is there anyone else who is facing the same issue or is it only me?

I am MI2 applicant as well and had submitted my full/final application on Jan 2011 and received an AOR on Jan 17, 2011(my PER was Oct 1, 2010). My status(RBVO) was the same(from Jan 17, 2011) until this May 29, 2012...it changed to 'In-process & we started processing'!!!

After a looooooooong waiting time my ECAS has changed to In process on 18th June and finally they have started processing on my file :-D
Hope it brings positive things.

LOL seems like I am the only one

Hi I am also in your club, applied April 2010, documents requested June 2010, file transferred to LVO on 26 June 2010, AOR on feb 2011, and second line updated on 28th March 2012... 'We reviewed your application and started processing on 28th March 2012'.

After that it is nearly 3 months, no MR yet.... it;s been a loooooooooooooooooooooong wait for each step.....
