Any Positive response of FSW 2014(Files which are submitte during December 2014)

Hi I am Nikhil Sharma, We have applied for FSW 2014 in December 2014 (NOC list of (4214 Early Childhood Educators and Assistants)), My wife is the main applicant, we has all the relevant document, however last week we have received the file back stating that Date of birth certificate is no provided. I have submitted all the document.

I would like to reply again for the same category, Is that possible to apply for the same FSW 2014. As I have all the document and very confident that there is no mistake from our end.

I would like to know how we can reapplies for the same ?

No - you can't reapply under the 2014 rules. It's too late. You will have to apply under Express Entry.

If you think there was an error made with the process of your file, you would have to appeal.

I have looked at the document set, according to hem I did not submitted my Date of Birth. I have actually submitted the my DOB document. in the latter they have mention that we can apply for FSW, but it's not clear how to apply.

How I can apple on my application, is there any negative marking on this.

As your next application is a brand new one there will be no negative marking on it.

Express Entry is different from FSWP so you have to study the new rules carefully first.
There's a thread on this forum on Express Entry where you can certainly get more useful information.

Today I have looked at my application kit which I have received from CIO on last week.

I have identify that they have made a mistake with my application, my Date of Birth certificate was there.

I would like to know how to appeal for my application of FSW 2014.

Yes please send the Application ASAP, There are chances they can accept, Please go through below thread you will know the fact.Try sending application by writing cover letter, that CIC have overlooked your document.
