Congratulations... normally its 6 weeks right?
And you got in 4.5 weeks. So they are speeding up...

It was 5 weeks the time I applied, so it took just under that time. I was scared as some people in this forum have stated that they have waited twice their processing times and still not received an answer.

I got my application status to "Approved" today and passport dispatched.
