Any one recieved 2nd AOR from London CHC

Hi all,,

I had received my 2nd AOR on 18th Oct even though they issued on 10th Oct. and having status now RBVO.

Shall i submit any case inquiry to LONDON or shall i wait more.
 
you should wait for atleast 8 months from your 2nd AOR date incase nothing happens during that timeframe...

You should better order your caips notes, I think you will get the Med request on Next BFD, if every thing else is ok.

Whats ur openion, shall i go for the CAIPS or wait.. If CAIPS, is it a stopper for my case.

CAIPS wont effect your app in any way... best time to order to CAIPS is when processing of your app has reached atleast 7 to 8 months time from submitting your full app. sooner than that wont give you a clear picture.

Hi all
Do not trust on ecas status, it is full of crap, a loosely managed system, this week again address details disappeared, can not believe they are unable to resolve the issue in last three weeks, it also shows how talented CIC staff is. Shame on them.

I am on the similar time line, I wrote to them and I got the reply that there is nothing I have to do at this point of time, they have received the application and London office will contact if required. I guess couple of more months and we all should see some action on our file... This blinding wait is killing.... !!!
 
Today marks 20 weeks since i submitted my full documents and i'm still waiting for my 2nd AOR!
 
max time is 24 weeks so you should expect AOR within next 4 weeks anytime otherwise after 4 weeks you can send them an email.

Ok guys i checked my application status today and it has changed to 'In Process'.

This is what it says now:

We received your application for permanent residence on April 6, 2010.

We reviewed your application and sent you a letter on June 8, 2010. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us.

Your application and supporting documents were received by the London England office. They are pending review.

We transferred your application to the London England office on June 15, 2010. The London England office may contact you.

So i guess my 2nd AOR should be coming soon as well?

Mine status is alos same like ur even our dates are also same.so i think we should be in contact with each other.wher r u from.me from pakistan
