FSWO or CEC or PNP?
 
My employer received call on 12th June and they asked about my duties and tenure and then mailed him asking for all the details over email.

I received a call on 07Jun2017 and they did ask me about my personal details, IELTS score and current company HR email address. Same day they sent the email for employment verification.

Did you not include HR email id in reference letter?

What is the size of your company? Like big or small or medium sized one? And type of company?

Did you get responsibilities from supervisor on plain paper with notary or on letterhead? What if supervisor doesn't remember our tenure and responsibilities on top of mind ? That's when they ask to email ?

Mid size IT ( product) company, subsidiary of a listed company

That's when they ask to email ?They first checked with my supervisor ( who happens to be the CEO) about my designation, duties, tenure and confirmed his designation. My supervisor didn't exactly remember my joining date so he asked for some time to check and revert. They sent him an email to confirm all the details along with the request that if he could also attach the reference letters which were issued to me earlier. He replied within an hour. Since then I am waiting to hear from CIC.

Thanks. So if supervisor just acknowledges our employment and send the other stuffs later over official email, that should be fine right? Nobody could remember everything on top of their heads right.

Of course, no one can remember all these things. Basic information verification is fine over the phone and rest all can be covered through email.

Did your Employer sent the scanned photocopy of the reference letter or wrote another one?
As the original reference is with us, company only has a photocopy.... so do they accept the photocopy?
Also were you getting your salary in account and showed ITR?
Please answer to help us better understand. thank you.
