Any one get positive LMO without employer does advertisement?

I just have a question that anyone received a positive LMO from emloyer without prove the effort of advertising?
and Has you been working under a PGWP?

Anyone experience this please share because I am under this situation now.

Sure - lots of people have been successful. If you're on a PGWP that's expiring - then as long as you're staying with the same employer, there's no need to advertise the role to obtain an approved LMO. But again, you must remain with the same employer.

thanks for the post.

I cant remain same employer seen my current employer doesnt wanna do LMO. I gotta find another one.
If I found new employer, does the employer need to do advertise before hire me?

If you're not staying with your current employer - then yes, your new employer must advertise the job and meet the advertising requirements before applying for the LMO. You can only skip the advertising requirements if you stay with your current employer.
