@aaron, the language in the letter that requires you to submit POF does sound scary but it is a set language. I got letter for POF as well and everything turned out good.

Dear aaron143,

Your case is in the last stages and cashing of the RPRF is a good sign. After you get medical received line in your ecas, please allow PPR 2-4 weeks to be on your doorstep. ;D ;D , you are not bothering at all i used to do the same and so does everyone. Enjoy !!!

Hi Harry_aussie,

Do you know how long it takes for an application with job offer in Sydney VO? It seems you got yours all done in 7-8 months. I'm a new zealand citizen currently working full time in Canada for over 1.5 years on work permit. I applied in April and received PER in May 2012. If you are coming to Toronto, please contact me at get2preet @ yahoo.com.

Thanks.

Dear get2preet,

I am a FSW1 applicant and to be honest not much sure about the FSW 2 timeline. As far as i could remember, we had an applicant (FSW 2)who was in Canada on work permit and his application was finalized within 6 months. There is a unreasonable delay in case of FSW 2 applicants at all the missions and that could be because of the fine screening of job offers.

Yes, Preet i am coming to Toronto but my trip is a short one. I will be there only for two weeks and then coming back to Australia. I hope we can catch up in TO ?. harry_aussie@y7mail.com is my i.d and we can stay in touch. I hope you get some good news by the time.
;D ;D

Dear friends ,Harry aussie,Ritu and others respected members ,
would you mind giving me suggestion for the following response from VO please?
I got no response for a long time for VO,( i had applied in march 2010 ,went in procees with date in oct 2010 ) so i decided to withdraw my application and sent a request but VO replied me as follows

...We would encourage to you keep with your current application if you are still wanting to immigrate to Canada....

then again i sent another email asking if its so, how long should i wait ? got the following response.

.....Additional review of your application has been completed, and it has been determined that additional screening is required. Your application remains on hold until the results of this screening is completed by our partner organisations. We regret a more precise processing time cannot be advised at this time. We will be in contact with you as soon as the application is ready to proceed...

Thanks

Dear Kunwar,

I know it is hard to be in your shoes and believe that the processing time is very unreasonable in case of some applicants. I would still advise you to hold on and keep your application in process.

Congrats Darshan ;D ;D , great news and what a relief. Stay fit brother.

Hello frendz!!

My application was in process from march 2012 then my processing date changed to june 2012 now from last four days my ecas is showing decision made... and i have not yet received my medicals.. i asked from vo about my application status and they replied me as below.

your application has been reviewed by visa officer. Correspondence has been sent to you by mail on 15th august 2012. unfortunately we are unable to advice the outcome to your application by e-mail..

So.. i believe my application either refused or maybe i can get some additional document request, if i'm lucky. Last month i got my gcms notes which is showing that my eligibility and selection decision is passed. They gave me 72 points.

Now, I'm really getting worried about my application.. its really very hard to see refusal letter after long period of wait..
so guyz, what do you think is there any chances of rejection after passing the selection criteria of eligibility?? plz advice..
