Thanks Vinami for your response could we put reason as we applied for Arrima (Quebec skilled worker ) and our profile expired after having sufficient points and we were not invited and again i have created a new profile in arrima and Seems like they are not giving perfence to no french candidate or QSW stream as there are only 2k invites sent in this stream .
Do you live in another province? Have you search job outside of Quebec? Can you prove that there are no opportunities in Québec? Do you have a lease agreement? You need to satisfy the officer without a shadow of a doubt that you have no intention to reside in Quebec. This might be hard if you live there and have submitted a QEP application. It would help if you had a job offer in another province.

If I were an immigration officer, I would see that your intention was obviously to stay in Quebec because you said that you applied to Quebec skilled worker program. Your reason even hardly convinced me (just a random person) that you wouldn't want to settle down in Quebec. You figure out the outcome by yourself, don't you?

yes that's true but when you see Quebec is not giving invites to skilled worker and there preference is only french speakers which they are still providing invites through PEQ stream not through QSW stream then what options are left for you ? My intention was to settle to quebec but its not anymore as there CSQ/PNP process is not very transparent and you dont if you will get csq or not . people here are waiting from 5 -7 years in quebec and they havnt got there csq becuase of the process which quebec uses and that s a kind of blackhole

Let's cut the chase. You make decisions on your own. I'm just saying the reason you choose is not convincing enough from my perspective. Imagine you tell a girl/boy the reason you choose her/him is that the other girl/boy didn't choose you at the first place...your reason is just like that to me. If I think that, the processing officer may think so as well. It would be better if you can give stronger reasons, for example, you have a job offer, a job arrangement somewhere else, or you're buying a property in another province,... (you have to submit these documents along with the letter of explanation). Even with those strong reasons, approval is not guaranteed.
Now you know the issues may occur when you submit an application through EE while you stay in Quebec, you make your own decision.

Hello everyone,

I have been reading that many people living in Quebec gets rejected due to not having strong evidence of moving out of Quebec.

Currently, I work in Quebec but will move to Ontario next month. Today I received my ITA and started filling my profile.
I know that just selecting "Province intended to live" as Ontario would not be enough but if I get my Ontario lease starting next month as a support, what are my chances? Do I have to reside in Ontario around 6 months to make it legit? Note that I have to send my profile before May so I will be only living in Ontario for a month or two if I wait until the deadline to submit my PR application.

I currently don't have a job offer from Ontario but can prove that I will be enrolled to a flight school.
Also do I have to quit from my job in Quebec when I submit my profile since my payroll would be still from Quebec (I'm working from home).

Thank you.
