Hi all

Yesterday I received Updated forms & Police Character Certificate(PCC) request, five months after my Medical.

Here is the email that I received from EFL:

Dear XXXX,

Please be advised that your medical results have been received by our office in New Delhi and have been positively assessed.

In order to continue processing your application, we require the additional documents listed below. Please send clear legible photocopies rather than the original documents unless otherwise specified. If the documents are not written in either English or French, please enclose a certified translation with a photocopy of the original document.

* Updated forms which are available on our website:

- New Application for Permanent Residence IMM0008 form
- New Schedule A/Background Declaration
- New Schedule 4 Provincial Nominee form
- New Additional Family Information form IMM5406 for you and your spouse

* Updated original police certificates for you and your spouse

Please forward all requested documents together to the address below within 60 days from the date of this email.

We look forward to hearing from you within 60 days.

I have submitted my updated documents in May. In email in which they asked for updated documents, its written that they will take 4 months to review these documents. Again wait

Jazak'Allah Khair. Yes its clearly written that it can take upto 4 months but previous applicants got PPR1 just after 1 month of updated doc request.

CHC, London is too much unpredictable & their timeline is different for each applicant. As in my case, I'm already late & got it after 5 months of medical so I assume that I'll get PPR1 within or just after couple of months.

I guess you did Medical in March? I did Medical in January.

Hi guys,

Hope you all are well!

My visa office is London and was asked by CIC that your application has been forwarded to London visa office around 2 and half month ago (April 2013). But I have not heard back for any medical request so far.

Would any body share the email address when London office request for medical so at least I can search my junk box making sure they have not requested so far?

Appreciate your kind help and also please share spreadsheet if being maintained in this thread.

You should inquire about the status of your file by sending a CSE to CHC, London. I got first Add. Doc. Request after sending CSE. Sometimes they need a wake up call. Here is the link to send CSE:

Previously when document submitted to CIC, Background Declaration form filled by spouse as well.

There are 4 forms actually. You missed Additional Information form. Principal applicant will fill all 4 forms & Spouse will fill 2 forms i.e Additional Family Information & Back ground Declaration form. It is just like what we did previously at the time of CIO submission.

Any how, it's time taking process, and will last for some more months even. Do you have some idea for original documents return?

You were asked for Additional docs in April 2012 and got MR in July 2013... wow!!! some of us were asked for additional docs in April 2013... I guess we have still a loooooooong way to go...
