hii mate...i just applied on ysterday 30th nov...this is the second time i have applied..was rejected for Sep 2012 intake,,,now applied for Jan 2013 intake under general category..

Until and unless your situation has changed considerably (like change of course or college etc) or there's a very crucial document which you didn't add last time but will add this time to your application, there's no point in re-applying regardless of whether it's late or not.
