Any notification or Acknowledgement after Application delivery to CPC-M

Hi

I have sent recently the application to CPC-M and the courier tracking website shows that it was delivered on Nov 17th at CPC-M, therefore, Am i supposed to receive a notification that the application is filed or any kind of acknowledgement or we just wait until the 1st stage is done and will receive the AOR?

You wait until you get the sponsor approval, although some people also get AOR before sponsor approval, or even at the same time.
