Question: do we need to be in Nigeria to get a police certificate or someone can get it for us?

Send someone to get the form for you, fill it and scan it back to them. (fingerprint and photo attached).

Why do you need a police certificate, did you stayed more than 183 days outside Canada.

I'm not certain if the procedures has changed.

applying for citizenship. yeah came to canada july 2014. calculating 4 years backwards, its 2013 to 2017.
