May 29 applied [SDS] from India
Ottawa issued BVL and eligibility started - Aug 27, 2021
Meds done- shows passed

Yes, checked for refund policy and deferment, last date is 20th Sept, post that nothing will be entertained even if in case Visa is refused.

my college says last date of differing is 17th of Sept. However I can attend classes upto December 2021. and in case of refusal they will refund the full fees amount back. But after December they will take the fees paid for the 1st semester and return the rest.

I applied on 3rd August medical and biometrics updated on 6th. Eligibility review started on 6th too but now it says we will inform you when eligibility review starts is that normal?

The processing time now shows 10 weeks on the site. Also, they wont be replying to webforms except for the priority cases. It seems defer is the option left now.

People who need urgent attention like refugees, refunds, withdrawals, people who are in vulnerable circumstances and it directly impacts their application, people who have been requested document update.
