You can use TextNow app. It assigns a Canadian number that’s what i use

Hey guys, quick help, please.

If we are re-applying for the visa after the refusal, is there any place we have to mention the old UCI number? For example in the "Application for Study permit made outside of Canada" form.

If not, is LOE the only criteria where the visa office will come to know that this is a re-application?

Yes, I have done medical with family (Wife & kid) without IME and uploaded it via web form. I have got a response saying that those were forwarded to the Delhi Visa office but the results haven't been updated yet.

I had called Delhi office for IME. they asked me to drop a mail for the same. I did that a couple of days ago but I am skeptical about it.

Don't do this, Delhi seems to not update medical like this after July 10. I made a webform on July 3, got medical updated on July 8 and response email from ircc on July 10. So, I got it updated before response. I have seen 2 cases who haven't got it updated despite 14 days of waiting
